Mrs. Lovina Border,83, widow of Adam Border, died at her home in Reading township, near East Berlin, at 5 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Death was caused by a paralytic stroke suffered Tuesday morning.
She was a member of the Lower Bermudian Lutheran church. She is survived by the following sons and daughters: Edward Border, Dover R.D.; Mrs. P.E. Comfort, Dillsburg; David Border, this place; Clara Border, at home, and R.S. Border, Hanover; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services Friday afternoon, with brief services at the late home at 1:30 o'clock. Further services will be held in the Lower Bermudian Lutheran church. The Rev. Lester M. Uta, pastor of the York Springs Lutheran church, will be the officiating minister. Interment in the church cemetery.
