Michael Borders 1781 Greene Co TN is a descendant of Matthias Bader 1707 Jettenburg Germany. It has been so proven by the male chromosome of a NC descendant. His father was my ancestor Michael Bader/Borders 1751 GER-1807 Jackson Co GA & his wife Mary Hopton 175X VA. Their other sons were Isaac Borders 1776 TN, John Borders 1779 TN,& my ancestor Stephen Borders 1784 TN.
