I also have a Kasper Born for a GG Grandfather He was married to a Katherine or Catherine and lived in Carver County in Dalgren Township. Kasper was born about 1811 and Katherin about 1815. Children included Kaspar born 1844, Jacob born 1847 died 1873 and buried at Trinity Luther in Waconia MN, Elizabeth born 1852, Ferdinand born 1857 died 1900, and Emma born about 1859. I found these records in the 1880 Census Kaspar Jr was married and has his family in that census also. Please get back to me if you have more info for me. I have LOTS o the Ferdinand Born portion.
