I have traced a Bortnik/Bortnyik family line back to a village called Lenarto Hungary (today called Lenartov in Slovakia). Several years ago, my Uncle Dan Chupinsky and Becky King exchanged a few posts on this board on this topic. There are many people in this family named Andrew (Andras) and John (Joannes).
