JOSEPH A. BOSKO, 74, of Lindenwold, died Wednesday at home.
A World War II Army veteran, Mr. Bosko received the Purple Heart after he was wounded in the Mediterranean in 1944. He was a technician fourth class and later a life member of Disabled American Veterans Chapter 72 in Lindenwold. Mr. Bosko was a pipefitter at Campbell Soup Co. in Camden for 26 years until retiring in 1983. He was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in Lindenwold. He was born in Philadelphia.
Survivors: his wife, Margaret C. Jetter Bosko; two daughters, Darlene F. Gardner of Omaha, Neb., and Diane M. Lawyer of Gloucester Township; six grandchildren; and two sisters, Rose Bristle of Pennsauken and Alberta Gasior of Audubon.
Services: viewing, 9 to 10:45 a.m. today, the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, White Horse Pike and Elm Avenue, Lindenwold; funeral, 11 a.m. today at the church; burial, Harleigh Cemetery, Camden. Edward P. Leonard Jr. Funeral Home, Camden.
