I am researching Stapels that came into Milwaukee in the 1860's, moved to Illinois, and then finally down into Kansas. My grandfathers great grandfather was August Stapel of Braunschweig Germany. I am sure he would have had brothers who came over as well, would like to find there descendants. Perhaps you have information ? Thank you for your time.
