As a young adult I took a class and gathered some info from my parents who were alive at that time. Going back to it now, I have so many more questions. While I am curious about my great-grandpa Bose and his family, I am also amazed that his wife (maiden name...Scheinabusch) came over from Germany alone at 22, leaving her family so far away. Although she returned to visit her family in Germany three separate times, the last time staying for five years and my great-grandpa had to go retrieve her! -so the family stories go...
