I have run up against a brick wall. Verbally it has been handed down that we were decended from King William of Orange(nothing to back this up so could be wishfull thinking on someones part.) Supposedly the 9th generation was to have inherited the property that the Trinity Church of New York City sits on but according to our verbal history there was a fire or some other mishap that destroyed the records in the castle or other place where the records were kept in Holland. Therefore, since there were no records the property reverted back to the City of New York after 99 years.
