HORNELL - Mrs. Florence Bossard, 82, of 165 1/2 River St, died Friday (12-22-78) at Bethesda Community Hospital following a long illness.
She was born in Hornell and had been a life-long resident of the Hornell area. She was the widow of Roy W. Bossard.
She had been a teacher at the former Butcher's Corners School House and in later years was employed by the former Kayser Glove Factory. She was a member of the Park United Methodist church.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Mildred Flaherty of Buffalo; two sons, Merle R. and Glen A., both of Hornell; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Conderman of Rochester, and Mrs. Edna Travis of Hamburg; two brothers, Walter Jaynes of Felton, GA, and Paul Jaynes of New York City; 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; three great- great grandchildren.
Friends May call at teh Robertson Funeral Home from 2 - 3pm today where funeral will be at 3 pm today with the Rev. Floyd Gotjen officiating.
Burial will be in Rural Cemetery, Hornell.
