Had a long conversation this afternoon w/Nellie Burke, brining her up to speed on my recent research. fyi = Jos. St-Ange's half sister, Marie Eugenie Lemee nee Lamarlere, is my gr gr grandmother. Since you lived in Alex, possibly you've visited Natchitoches and seen there The Old Lemee House, home of Ma. Eugenie.

Interestingly for you, Jos. St-Ange's mother (Ma. Francoise Galluchat) died in that home as did Jos St-Ange's full sister, Ma. Charlotte, nicknamed Tully - sometimes written Tulita.
