Have you all ever heard of an Alexander Bully? He was a Bulley? Pronounced Boolay. He married Margaret LaDue in New York but, were apparently from Quebec. My mother knows nothing about her grandparents. This would be late 1800's

Francois and Madeleine would be my 5 great-grandfather. My relation to them is as follows:

Francois & Madeleine had Francois who married Genevieve Patenaude on 10-16-1809.

Francois & Genevieve had Francois who married Judith Bissonnette on 2-27-1854,

Francois & Judith had my great-grandmother Ellen Boulee who married William Beiswanger on 1-29-1891 and had my grandfather Lawrence Beiswanger. I would like to trade information.

DOD IDENTIFIES CASUALTIES IN BLACK HAWK CRASH

The Department of Defense announced today the names of six soldiers killed when their UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter crashed in central Iraq on Wednesday. The soldiers are:

Capt. James F. Adamouski, 29, of Springfield, Va.

Spc. Mathew G. Boule, 22, of Dracut, Mass.

Chief Warrant Officer Erik A. Halvorsen, 40, of Bennington, Vt.

Chief Warrant Officer Scott Jamar, 32, of Granbury, Texas.

Sgt. Michael F. Pedersen, 26, of Flint, Mich.

Chief Warrant Officer Eric A. Smith, 41, of Calif.

All were assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 3rd Aviation Regiment, Hunter Army Airfield, Ga.

The incident remains under investigation.

Thanks for posting it, I hadn't known of Romain/Roman's 2nd marriage. I'm a 2nd great-grandson of his brother Michel and of Cecile Hebert's sister, Louise.

Victoire BOULE m. Nicolas DAVAL 25 Aug 1812, Frotey, les Lure, France. These are my husbands' gggg-grandparents.

Victorie BOULE was born 4 Jan 1794 in Frotey. She died 30 Jan 1870, also in Frotey. Her husband, Nicolas DAVAL, also was born and died in Frotey. He was born 17 Nov 1782; died 10 Apr 1832.

This couple has one known child: Anne Josephine, born 16 Dec 1812 and died 14 Feb 1842. She married Nicolas RONDOT on 10 March 1835. They had one known child: Claude Francois RONDOT born 21 Nov 1835, and who died 2 Aug 1883, probably in France.

I am interested in the parents and siblings of Victorie BOULE and any info on her descendants.

Frotey les Lure is located in the Haute-Saone "department" of France, near the little village of Moffans.

Beekmantown — Mrs. Rose Marie Boulé, 75, of Route 22, died Thursday, April 4, 2002, at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh.

She was born in Trenton, N.J., on April 23, 1926, daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes Fasanella.

She was employed at Diamond International and CVPH Medical Center before retiring in 1976.

She enjoyed bowling, "bingo", the casinos, and playing cards with her friends.

Rose Marie is survived by her husband, Milton whom she married on Aug. 31, 1946, in Trenton, N.J.; three daughters and one son-in-law, Gail Boulé and her companion, Ernie Squarzini of Fishkill, Karen Boulé of Plattsburgh and Darlene Boulé and her husband, Robert Pinsonnault of Beekmantown; three brothers, Kenneth Fasanella of Trenton, N.J., Daniel Fasanella of Trenton, N.J., and Joseph Fasanella of Trenton, N.J.; one sister, Mary Pallo of Trenton, N.J.; one grandson, Erik Pinsonnault of Beekmantown; one granddaughter, Mandy Cina of Fishkill; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

She is predeceased by one sister, Louise Riccitiello.

There will be no calling hours. A memorial Mass will be celebrated Monday, April 8, 2002, at 1 p.m. from St. Peter’s Church in Plattsburgh. Burial will be in the St. John’s Cemetery in Keeseville at a later date at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, P.O. Box 50, Memphis Tenn. 38101.

Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh is in charge of arrangements.

I've found that Odile Boule's parents are Odile and Theophile (or Telesfore?) Boule who are both in the 1920 census for Lowell, MA. A bit more research revealed the mother's maiden name as Levesque.I have no more info for either of them, as of yet.

Robert C. Boule, 80, born in Albuquerque, NM, died on September 29, 2003 following short illness. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Peter and Lavinia Stewart, his parents Earl Nelson Boule and Bertha Stewart-Boule, and his brother Earl A. Boule. Bob was survived by nephew Mike Boule and wife Margarita, nieces Bunny Sanchez and husband Daniel, Wendy Baczenas and husband Ben, Cindy Boule and companion Randy Baker, Gayle King and husband Bill, Joan Yeagley and husband, Hac;two great-nieces; four great-nephews; and one great-great-niece. Bob was baptized as a member of the First United Methodist Church in 1923. He graduated from Albuquerque High School in 1939. Bob proudly served in the US Army in London and Paris during WWII from 1943 to 1946. Following the war he returned to his studies, graduating from UNM in 1948. He was lifetime member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. Bob retired from Sunwest Bank Trust Department after 35 years of service. Known for his compassion and devotion to his family and friends, he will be sorely missed. Bob was, and his family is, grateful for the respect and kindness shown him during his illness by Dr. Haskins and Hospice Nurse Barbara Buchard. A memorial service will be held Friday, 11:00 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, 314 Lead SW, with Dr. Terry E. Anderson and Dr. Ira Williams, officiating. Boule. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The info that I have comes from the PRDN Genealogy of Canada, and goes all the way back to Robert Boulay 1630. I have Francois Boule/ Boulay/Boulet married to Madeleine Ferdais/ Fardet. My Family Tree has almost all of the links. Look for Romauld Avila Boulay. I believe I'm the only one with him in my trees. Please email me with any more questions.

Hello Martin, I am a desendant of Charles Du Boulay, Banana Plantation owner of St Lucia who died in 1963. I was told by Stephen Devaux a poster on Genealogy.com, that I am his 4th or 5th cousin by virtue of a union between Henry Devaux ( 1748-1807) and Marie Francoise Felicite Cornbert Du Boulay as listed in Web page http://.famille-louisdevaux.com/arbre-genealogique.htm .I also received information from a poster on this site named Lori with the following information:-
"My ancestor was Marie Francoise Cornibert du Boulay, b. 1766, likely in Martinique. Her father was Jean Baptiste Cornibert du Boulay of Maritinique, then Louis A. du Boulay b. 1677 in Paris, the Antoine E. du Boulay, also of Paris. I am still waiting for a friend to do some translation from French, but I believe the du Boulays of Martinique were plantation owners.".

My records show Augustie and Genenreve were married in St. Pierre, this might have been the name of the church. Francois and Madeline were married 04/27/1786 in L'Acadia Quebec.
