This is actually my mothers family. My mother is Deana Bourg her father was Louis Raynaud Bourg. It is so intersting I read this today as my mother and father are headed to share pictures or Benedict and the whole family with the Aspen Historical Society today!
The family home, potatoe cellar, and barn have been made to hitorical buildings. We live in grand Junction about 1 hour from Aspen and my mother and I have quiet a bit of information.
A fu site is Colorado Historical Newspapers on their you can enter "Bourg" and a search and they pull up day to day papers about the family.
