I have a lot of info on the Mi. Bourgeois's My connection is it's my mother's maiden name. Our side came through Canada to the u.p. and down to kalamazoo and over to the detroit area. I'm stumped to where in canada they arrived and when I have records of my ggrandfathers birth in mennomee mi. parents birth origin french canadian from there I'm stuck. also related to Lapeirre's and dedecker's peters (peterse) any info help. thanks
