Hi ?? Tony.
I wonder if we are connected.
My email is chris at reap.org.nz
My John (great granfather) died at Rochester aged 72 in 1940.
On his marriage cert in 1897 at the Srood Registry Offce to Harriet Bonneywell he states his father as William, a farmer.
I found his place of birth on the 1901 census.
I think I've found him on the 1891 census as a boarder at St Mary's Pea Tree Green,South Hampshire. He's a Shipwright. Listed above him is a William Charles Reynolds who I believe is a cousin. No proof of this link though, my Dad has vague recollection of Reynolds as cousins. This may be just wishful thinking.
Bye for now, Christine
