Thank you for your reply but would you believe this I never met or heard about any of my grandfathers family. My mother kept this information to herself which is a great pity. All i know is the Bowler side of my family were from Kells Cahersiveen Co. Kerry
I do believe that in the Leeds and Bradford area of the UK there are a lot of Bowlers who were in the rag trade as was my grandfather, tailoring on 2, Lr. Ormond Quay Dublin. He tailored for the clergy and the government,Ireland's answer to Saville Row :)
It is amazing living in Ireland I have little facts about my family. Thank you again for your reply
