I noticed your message is from 2005, but I ran across it recently. My grandfather was William Francis Bowler - Raymond's brother. His second wife was Bernice - they had one daughter. My grandfather died in 1981. He had six kids with his first wife - five girls and one boy - my father, William F. Bowler, Jr. Anyway, hope that helps. I have an aunt who has better info.
