Does anyone have The Bowman Family Book 1909 and could do a look up for Elias Bowman, Smithfield, PA about 1850's.
Where can I buy a copy of this book, I heard there was a reprint in 1977.
My Bowman's are from Fayette County, PA, Springhill Twp. and Smithfield area, then moved to Preston Co., WV/VA, Bruceton Mills Terra Alta area.

Children: Lydia married Hardin
Children of Lydia Hardin: Benjamin, James Sarah. Benjamin went by Bowman name married Mary Jane Gooding of Bruceton Mills. Looking for Hardin information who married Lydia Bowman. Apparently died about 1847.
Jackson Jane Bowman Family, Terra Alta. Children: John, Susanna M.
Susanna married Jacob Bowman, same surname, lived near Bruceton Mills. Susanna died at parents home Terra Alta in 1896. Where are Jackson, Jane and Susanna buried?
All from the 1850 census. At a brick wall.
