ROBERT A. BOWMER SR., 76, of Lutz died Monday in Lake City. A native of Houstonia, Mo., he moved to the Tampa area in 1957. He was a carpenter, a member of the Carpenters Union of Tampa and the Church of God of Prophecy. He is survived by his wife, Irene; three sons, Roger and Jerry, both of Tampa, and Robert Jr. of Lake City; a daughter, Mary Brannen of Tampa; three brothers, John of California, Henry of Texas and Tommy of North Carolina; a sister, Daisy Wallen of Virginia; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
