Hi. I'm new to this and am hoping I can get some pointers from anyone willing to do so. I am a Boyatt, but my father passed away when I was a baby. He was an only child, so I have almost nothing to work with. I have traced back to Massachusetts, Tennessee and Kentucky. I got as far back as a David who I think was in the Civil War, but the link is blocked as private. I live in tha Pacific Northwest where I am pretty much the only Boyatt, and it would be great to be able to shed some light, but I guess that is why we are all here. Thanks!
