John Boyd 1761, Burke County, NC
My dad was William Boyd, on back to John Boyd married to Mary Roberts, in the line of Hugh Boyd to present. John's dad was William, but I can't find which William, when he was born and died. He was married to Elizabeth from what I can find out. Can anyone tell me if Burke County John Boyd is the same as Pasquotank, NC John Boyd. I would like to trace back to my roots. My dad said we were from Ireland. I would like to find out which part and give the information to my daughters. Thank you for any help given.
