Death of Mrs. Boydstun
Mrs. Mary Boydstun died last Friday at the residence of her son-in-law, A. B. Gardinhire and was buried in the family burying grounds on the old homestead the following day. Mrs. Boydstun and her husband B. F. Boydstun settled near the town of Rockwall. At the time of her demise she was seventy three years and six months old. Mrs. Boydstun was a swarm hearted christian lady. She was known, loved and respected by all the old settlers of Kaufman, Hunt, Collin and Dallas Counties who where often fed and sheltered under her hospitable roof. Her son, daughters, grand and great-grandchildren and a host of her friends and neighbors saw through their tears her body consigned to the tomb. A.R.H.
