Surnames: Boylan, Cogan, Conlon, McKeever
Lawrence Boylan and his wife, Anna (Cogan), left County Louth, IRE, about 1849 for Canada. Settled in Vermont. They were dairy farmers, as were the Boylans back in Ireland. Lawrence was the son of Michael Boylan and Peggy (Conlon). Ellen Boylan is my gr-grandmother. Married Reuben McKeever, 1883 in Illinois. More information always welcome.
