Marion E. (Berlipp) Boylan, 98, of Baldwin Borough, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2011. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles R. Boylan; mother of Rosalyn I. (the late John) Robbins, of Jefferson Hills; grandmother of Stacy I. (Bill) Urbanik, of New Alexandria; great-grandmother of Brady and Zack Shaw; sister of the late Grace Berlipp and Dorothy Fagan; aunt of Marion (Fred) Kummer, of North Hills; also survived by great-nieces and nephews. Marion was a retired school teacher from the Baldwin-Whitehall School District after 46 years of service, oldest member of Baldwin United Presbyterian Church and an avid animal lover. Friends will be received from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the GRIFFITH MORTUARY INC., 5636 Brownsville Road, Broughton-Curry-South Park Township, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday immediately following visitation. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Marion's memory to Baldwin United Presbyterian Church, 201 Knoedler Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
