As far as I know, all my Boyces/Hallidays are from Dumfries & Galloway. I haven't found anything to link any of them back to England. I have only traced the Boyces back to the early 1800s, and the Hallidays I have worked my way back to the 1750s. All my Hallidays have been from Kirkcudbrightshire, and have farming roots.

If you do find any sort of link, can you let me know? I will let you know if I ever find anything.
