My Great Grandfather was Ole Boyum. His Parents were Randi O. Anfindson, and Johannes O. Nelson (later he changed his name to John O. N. Boyum). John was born in Norway on the Sjotun Farm (which is a part of Luster Co., Norway) in 1843. His Parents were Ole and Elsie Nelson. He came to America with his Parents in 1847. Randi's Parents were Ole and Solvi Anfindson. They came to America in 1848. Randi was also born in 1843 in Balestrand Co., Norway. John and Randi lived in Dane Co., WI. John died in 1919, and Randi died in 1915.
