Minneapolis Messenger, Ottawa County, Kansas, February 21, 1935:
BRADBURY-CLARK
Announcement was made this week of the marriage of Doii Mae Bradbury and Frank H. Clark, which took place August 1, 1934, at Neosho, Mo., with Rev. J.W. Moore, pastor of the Methodist church of Neosho, performing the ceremony.
These young folks have kept their wedding a secret inasmuch as the bride had a contract to teach school this winter at Clifton Dist. No. 21.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Bradbury, of Culver. She is one of the county's most popular school teachers. Frank Clark is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Rolla M. Clark and has been farming on the home place south of town for some time. However, for several weeks he has been employed at the Gamble Store in Salina and is now preparing to open a new Gamble Agency store at Lincoln, Kansas, probably next month.
Following the wedding last summer the happy couple spent two weeks honeymooning in the Ozarks. They will be at home in Lincoln after May. 1. The many friends of these young folks will wish them much happiness.
