I am looking for my Bradford ancestors in England...
Jesse Bradford, b: March 31, 1825 in Lima Ridge (Lyme Regis?), Channel Islands, England d: March 17, 1900 in Baldwin, Michigan. He married a woman named Sarah Denning on June 22, 1849 and had 18 children with her...His parents were William Bradford and a woman named Amelia. Birth dates and death dates, siblings unknown for his parents. I do know he was a coach boy for Queen Victoria, he opened the doors to her coach and carried Albert VII for her. He emigrated to from Alderney, Channel Islands, England to Port Huron, Michigan sometime in between 1870-1875...Possibly were married at St. Anne's Church in Alderney. At least 11 of their 18 children were christened there from what we have been told by older relatives. If anyone has any possible knowledge on these people and can help me, please reply.
Thankyou for your time,
Chi Rouse
