BRAINERD, HELEN S. (BEBB)
Helen Brainerd, 77, of Cherry Hills Village, passed away March 18th. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Frank J. Brainerd; her children, Stephen (and his wife, Betsy), Sally (and her husband, Jack Snow), and Susan Brainerd; and her grandchildren, Jackson, Emma, and Lucy Brainerd and Nell Snow. Helen was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma, was a graduate of Wellesley College in Boston, and became one of the most highly regarded watercolor artists in the Rocky Mountain region. She was actively involved with The Salvation Army Auxiliary, PEO, the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, the Colorado Water Color Society, and the Park Hill Art Club. A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 26, 3:00 p.m., at Park Hill United Methodist Church, 5209 Montview Blvd., Denver COO, 80230.
