Surnames: Pawson Braithwaite
I am not a Braithwaite but my father is from Barwick in Elmet, Nr Leeds and my son Tom is named after a farmer called Tom Braithwaite from that village. He was alive when I was six in 1958 and he had a wonderful border collie dog called (imaginatively!) Rover. I have pictures of him( Rover and master) . My father is William Pawson, born in 1921 in Barwick
