BURCHAM. Looking for info on John Thomas BURCHAM, b. April,1888 and died in April, 1954, both in Tennessee. Father also named John, died about 6 months before he was born. His father had a brother who went by the name of "B". His mothers name was Sallie. He had two older sisters, Cora and Lillie. They both married and lived in Memphis. Cora married John Coffee GALLOWAY, and Lillie married a Mr. SHELTON. Sally then married a Mr. NASH, and they had three children, a son Herbert, and 2 daughters, Cecil and Orlene. John Thomas married Laura BRAKE in Stewart County, around 1914-15. They had the following children: Thomas B, John Henry, Warren G.Harding, Arthur William, Dorothy Orlene, Gloria Laverne, and Fay Newton. Laura died in Dec, 1930 when Fay was 6 months old. Dorothy and Gloria went to live with Cora GALLOWAY, and Fay went to live with his aunt and uncle, Mattie Belle and Cale WARFIELD.
