I told him there was a Jacob Brandenburg that may fit as the father to Samuel. He was born in Frederick Co. Maryland and moved to and died in Montgomery Co. Ohio. I have not found any listed children of this Jacob Brandenburg so it will take some follow up to see if he is the correct one. I don't know if Ken Hartman ever followed up, but it can be a lead for you. Here is the info.
