Hi Suzanna, I am researching my "Anheuser-Busch" family genealogy. One of my "Busch" relatives is Nellie Busch. According to her mother's obituary, she is married to a Mr. Brandt. This obituary does not mention his first name though. Do you know if this Nellie Busch married into your family tree? Below is the obituary I'm talking about:
OBITUARY
December 25, 1913
Mrs. Lena Busch, nee Auer, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Nellie Brandt, in St. Louis, Dec. 20, 1913, aged 61 years. She had been ailing for some time but was taken worse and died suddenly. She was born near Sullivan and had always lived in this vicinity. She was married to Joseph Busch who died several years ago. She leaves her aged father, three sisters, two brothers, four sons and three daughters and a number of grandchildren. Her body was brought to Sullivan Tuesday Dec. 23, and taken to the Busch farm where funeral services were held and burial made in the Busch family cemetery.
