I have spent much time on the Zeeuws Archief. There is much good information there. The Brand family that I am a descendent of is Cornelis Brand and Dina Ijzenbaart (great-grandparents). I was able to trace a few generations (very confusing because the same names were used in every generation). I'm interested in the history of the area and where the Brand's may have come from prior. I remember my Grandfather Marinus playing the spoons when I was young.
