I'm still searching for Brasile family members. Cuomo Brasile came to Chicago in either the very late 1800's or early 1900's. His son, John (Giovanni) came in the early 1900's to Chicago. John married Angelina, they were my great grandparents and they had Madeline, my grandmother and Sam. Madeline died in 1945 and Sam died sometime in the 1980's. I'm trying to find Sam's children or grandchildren. What I know is that Madeline was born in Carpentersville, Ill. I believe they later moved to Melrose Park. This is where Madeline met my grandfather, Louis Romano and later married.
