Surnames: BRASS HOUTZ RODENBECK
Well, I will let you know about my Fred and see if any of it fits. Fred Brass was born December 1879. His parents were Julius and Alvine Brass. Alvine's maiden name was Houtz. She was married once before to an August Rodenbeck. He died of an young age. She then married Julius.
Fred was born in Ohligs, Westfalen, Germany.
He has several brother and sisters, Adelia, Antoinette. Half brother and sisters are Harry, Willian, August Jr. and Hattie Rodenbeck. They all moved to the USA from Germany in 1883. They settled in Camden, NJ.
I do not know who this Fred married or what happened to him.
Does any of this sound like a connection?
