Like a ship without a captain, her family drifts without direction. She was the head of a very large extended family that finds itself lost. Richard and Mona were the glue that held the family together. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed, Mom was born Mona Lucienne JULIEN on February 25, 1938 in Legalle, AB and passed away on May 14, 2006 in Prince George, BC. Predeceased by her loving husband Richard BRASSARD on January 4, 2000 and her son Michael in 1988. She is survived by her children Jean (Lloyd), Yvon, Carmen (Don), Doris (Louis), Jim, Lisa (Lloyd), Sandy (Mike), 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Mom was always there when anyone needed her even if it meant finding her at the local bingo hall. She was an amazing cook which she continued to do throughout her life. We are sure that she and Richard are finally together again in the garden planting and sowing all that they have grown in their years together. There will be a service on Thursday, May 18, 2006 at Immaculate Conception Church at 1:00pm with Father Edgar Polotan, OSA.A..
