my greatgrandad was called john brassel, who i think was born in county kerry,in about 1840ish. he left there and went to alderney to work on the breakwater wall around 1860, he had 4 children maggie,robert and daniel twins,and james,born in alderney,jersey and gurnsey,i wud love to here of anybody who knowes anythink.
