Vina Rector and Fairl Haines Bratcher were my 2nd Great-Grandparents on my mother’s side.

Their daughter, Nettie Kansas Bratcher, and John Hamilton Williams were my great-grandparents. Grandmother Williams passed away before I was born, but I remember a little bit about Granddaddy Williams.

My grandmother, Lillian Estell Williams, and Curn Gillis Harmon were my maternal grandparents.

My mother was Dona Harmon. She married my dad, Lynn Pierce. She passed away in 1996 and my dad is still living.

I grew up knowing most of my Williams great-uncles, great-aunts, and distant cousins. I was not able to go, but they had a big Williams reunion in Oklahoma City in June.

Quite a few of the Bratchers still live in the area where my grandparents lived.
