My great grandfather is Christian Brautigam and my great grandmother is Anna Kirscht both born in Illinois and lived in Wheeling. They are buried in All Saints Cemetary in Des Plaines. The last name was changed to Brautigan sometime before 1932. From what my grandmother said we are somehow related to the Brautigams in Des Plaines who own the flower shop. They had 5 children. Helen, Fred, Isabelle, George and one died whos name is unknown. I anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated.
