Cyrus was a younger brother of Martin Brayman, my great grandfather. Their parents were Harvey Brayman and Jane Butts. Cyrus was not born in Brockville, rather upstate New York. Martin emigrated and was working in Brockville, Ontario around 1871 and married my great grandmother in 1875 in Brockville. It was here that they raised their 10 children. Another brother moved to Cornwall and a third that I have located also moved to Cornwall around the 1900's as best I can find. From my research, some of Martin's family came to Canada while others appeared to stay in upstate New York.
As far as my research has found there are 10 siblings in the Harvey Brayman/Jane Butts clan, 7 boys and 3 girls.
