Greetings from Delaware. I too am a Breech my name is Melanie I am the daughter of Eugene who was from Catawissa.
My dad and I had a falling out many , many years ago I remember he had a book on our ancestory, however when he passed away all the family history went with the money sucking girlfriend and maybe his brothers. I know very little about the Breech side of my family and as I grow older there is a part of me that would like to know. Who was Luther's Mom and Dad? (my gr. grandparents) where did they live? who were their parents? where did I come from are there any pictures of these people? I did not even recieve so much as a picture of Luther or Erma my grandparents, I loved them very much and remember Nanna and I looking through pictures. Never really knew why my uncles Doyle and Wayne acted the way they did either. They should have seen to it that at least I recieved a picture and the book. Such is life I guess, glad I taught my children (now grown up) better manners than that. Any information you can give me would be very much appreciated. Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this information! I am in touch with direct cousins and family of yours through facebook (which is actually how we 'met'). With your permission, may I pass along your contact information?
My own direct BREACH line so far can be traced back to John BREACH b1779 of Ashurst, Sussex. I know nothing of his parentage or siblings, but his children were named: John, Benjamin, William, Sarah, and George. (My tree is currently on GenesReunited.)
How far back are you able to link your lines? I am most curious!

I read your post on another web page. Frank William Breach married to Isaura Chavez and had two sons and two daughters. Frank William, Jacob William, Isaura, and Maria Victoria.
I am Alejandro, grandson of Isaura, and live in Monterrey.

Frank William Breach married Isaura Chavez, a very beautiful woman and had two sons and two daughters; Frank William, Jacob William, Isaura, Maria Victoria.
Isaura married Felizardo Gomez Montenegro and migrated to Chihuahua. They lost all their belongins when Pancho Villa seized the entire train. They later migrated to Cd. Juarez border to El Paso. They had two sons and three daughters; Manuel, Alfonso, Mary, Concha, Blanca.
Blanca married Antonio Alvarez in Juarez and now live in Monterre, Mx. I am Alejandro, second son of Blanca

Joy I didnot have Thomas 1842 thinking Emily was the eldest but with the marriage in 1840 it makes sense that another child was possible. I had Martha Louise 1848 Aston Up, Thomas William 1850 Reading, William Henry 1852, Charles 1854 Sunningwell, Ann Maria 24 Jul 1856 Sunningwell, Henry John 1858 Sunningwell, Elizabeth 1866 Sunningwell,Edwin James 5 Oct 1862 Sunningwell, Helen mary 8 Aug 1864 Sunningwell, Frederick George 1867 Chiswick Middlesex

Never mind Judith. I do have the family history of William Henry down to the present day - well most of it- but Emily is just one of his siblings. Others were Thomas B.1842 and Louisa b.1849. No other information at all.

HI I have this William Henry Breach in my tree. My great grandmother was Emily Breach dau of William Breach 1819 Aston Upthorpe Berkshire England. Emily was brother to your William Henry.

My mother was Margaret Breach and was decended from the Hastings Breaches'. Her father Mark was born in Seasalter in Kent. Her uncle fred Breach had a garage in Whitstable. We have some photos of the garage circa 1920 if they are of any interest.

Apologies first for the delay in replying.
I researched Albert Breach as he was my great-grandmothers brother. I didn't know anything about that side of the family and didn't intend to dig as deep as I did, but when I found military records for WW1, I had to keep going. I've also got the military records for his cousin. I traced a gentleman who's hobby is researching the Royal Sssux Regiment and not only did I find a place to get copies of their military certificates, he was able to provide me with photo's of both of them.

I have been researching Breach/Cheal family in Sussex and have found the military records of Albert Edward Breach. I was in Chichester Cathedral recently and he is mentioned on the boards of the Royal Sussex Regiment there. I am very keen to know more about the Cheal/Breach families in Sussex. I have been researching the Breach/Cheal side of my family tree and have come up with the above. He joined the Royal Sussex Regiment in 1914 and died 2 August 1917. His grave is at Dozinghem Military Cemetary. I have got all his military records and medal cards - all I am missing is a photo of this brave young man. Please can anyone help?

Fantastic! We're probably kin folk. A paternal Great Grandmother was a Geering dau of a fisherman from Hastings Old Town. The family goes back in Hastings connected to families named Button, Parker as well as Breach. I'd enjoy exchanging information with you. Hope to hear from you via: carolestanford@shaw.ca. My family live in Surrey & Sussex. I married a Canadian. Recently obtained & deciphered a will by William Breach who did really well for himself & his family. He was owner or had a share in three luggers and owned one of the traditional net sheds as well as other real property. He had at least four sons and three daughters. My family history going back in time first connects with the Breach surname in the mid 1800s. My Dad (now 86) has many good memories of summer holidays with family in Hastings.

George Breach 1812 Steyning

George Benjamin Breach was born (about) 1812 and died in 1888 in Steyning, Sussex. He married Susannah Hilton 19 Dec. 1836 at St. Nicholas, Brighton, Sussex. Sussannah was ch. there on 16 July 1815.

This George Breach is the father of George Breach*, who was married to Caroline Mary Tindall Schultze, who are the parents of Christopher George Robert and Reginald A. Breach.
(* George had an uncle, William Breach.)

GB Breach senior was Chief Superintendent of Police in Brighton.

I am trying to determine WHICH Breach line they are descended from. At this point, I am guessing through Benjamin Breach (Eastbourne 1752) + Joanna Baldy (Hamsey 1765), and Richard Breach (Hamsey 1788) + Harriet Thorp (Findon 1792).

Other family names in these lines would be: Broadwater, Herbert, Emery, Turner, Mitchell, Hearn, Hammond, Michell, Tighe, Hampton, Airey, Gates, Herbert, Flowers, Ewhurst, Norman, Brockhurst, Atkins, Jones, Finch...Humphrey, Duke...Goldsmith, Holland, Page, David...Willis, King, Bellinger, Stubbs, Smith, Jones, Escott, Wilding, Wood...Smith.

I am looking to find relations in the UK and US.

I have no connections with the BREACH family, but there are 31 listed in the book I have of the 1851 Census of Hastings, all living in the Old Town area and mainly fishermen and their families.

Thought I would give you some of the names I have. Parents: Thomas W. Breach and Marth (Shannon) Breach. Thomas W. Breach was the Head customs officer for Queen victoria.
Children are: Ted, Alfred, Osmond, Raymond, William, Edward and Martha.
Martha did not move to america, she stayed in england.
Raymond had 5 children with Catherine?: George, Raymond,Lillian,Flora and Charles.

My Great Great Grandfather's name was Raymond Breach, he had a brother named Alfred Owen Breach and they were from England. Any information welcome about my great grandparents. Only know Theodore married Mary Rider,
and Clarissa and Florence were born in Northumberland Co., PA in 1851 and 1853. Sometime before 1856, they moved to Delhi, IA where Barton, Riley, Fremont, Miles and Netta were born. I have no information of Theodore or Mary's parents, siblings, or where he is buried. Mary remarried and is buried in Delhi, IA.
I'm fairly new to the Internet, have had some luck with other ancestors, but nothing about Theodore.
