I am an adopted child of Carl Robert Schall whose parents were Henry Coonrod Schall and Lena Phillipina Brech. Lena's father was Carl Robert Brech born 28 Nov 1828 in Westbaden, Germany and I believe Carl's father's name was George Ulrich Brech because he is buried in the Brech plot with Carl and Carl's wife in the Beardstown City Cemetery, Cass County, IL. Cemetery records show George Ulrich Brech died 11 Feb 1871 age 73y7m5d, making his birth date 6 Jul 1797. Family records say Carl's mother's name was Caroline, but her maiden name is unknown.
