Fred W. Brede Information

I've traced my Brede heritage back to my great-great grandfather Fred W. Brede (born 1860-ish) in Germany who was married to Ernestine. I can't find any information on Ernestine's maiden name or who Fred's parents were.

Also, any information on Roland (Fred and Ernestine's son - my great-grandfather) and Meta Brede would be greatly appreciated, as well.

Brede b. 5 Dec 1967

I am searching for my husband's family. He's an adoptee who would like to trace his genealogy. He was born 5 Dec 1967 in Glendale California and given up at birth. The CA birth index only lists a few no-name children and one of the most likely to be him is one that has the mother's maiden name listed as Brede. His birth certificate says that he is white, but his facial features suggest some Asian ancestry. Is there anyone out there who might know of his family? If so, we are not trying to intrude on their privacy, but he would like to know what his ancestry is.

I know of Shirley, from Liberty Lake, WA and that he had two sons, Richard
(Dick) who last I heard many years ago lived in Ohio. I can't remember the other son's name. Uncle Fritz's brother was Andreas
(Andrew) Fritz Otto Brede, who was my grandpa. My dad was Henry Brede of Tekoa, WA. If you are from this family, I am interested in information on your families,
names, etc.
