If you try www.rootsireland.ie and search for James Breen born in Co. Fermanagh 1892 you will get just one hit. It must be your James. It costs 5 Euro to view. I've used this site before and it's very good. You will know if it is him if his mother's name is Anne. I presume that your James is the one living with his widowed mother and brother Edward on the 1901 census in Brookeborough. Usually, at that time babies were registered in either Lisnaskea or Enniskillen. Let me know how you get on. Have you any idea what happened to Edward?
