Just to let you know that I was up in the General Records Office in Belfast and I had a quick look for your James born 1892. I think I found him. He was born in the townland of Carrickaheenan near the village of Brookeborough on the 2nd June 1892. His father was Patrick Breen a labourer (who must be the same Patrick who's on the gravestone in the old graveyard in B'Boro. He died in 1895, Aged 40) and his mother was an Anne Maguire. The birth was registered on 9th July 1892 by a Maggie Breen who was present at the birth. I'm afraid I have no idea what relation this was. I also noted the birth of an Edward Breen on 2nd Dec. 1893. I presume this is James' brother. As you said before your James gave his last address in Ireland as the townland of Owenbreedin. This was where his Uncle Johnny was living. His other Uncle Hugh was my great, great grandfather. Let me know your email and I can forward you a picture of the gravestone in Brookeborough. Sharon
