Amemorial service for CHRISTINE O. BRELAND , 88 will be held at The Woodlands Christian Church Disciples of Christ, 11202 N. Millbend, on Saturday, June 4, at 11:00 A.M. Mrs. Breland was a resident of The Woodlands for the past 6 years. Previoisly she lived at Toledo Bend Lake, north of Burkeville, Texas with Troy W. Breland, her husband of 55 years, who preceded her in death in 1996. Prior to their retirement to Toledo Bend, they were both longtime residents of Galveston and Port Arthur, Texas. Mrs. Breland is survived by her sister, Winnie Broers of Wiggins, MS and daughters Lynn Johnston and husband Dan, The Woodlands, Karen Beard, Plano, Texas and grandchildren, Trent Johnston, Kristen Beard Boyles, and Matthew Beard.
