Two BRELSFORD brothers, Amos, born in 1790 and Abner, born 1792, were in Franklin Co before 1830, along with some sisters. All were children of Abraham BRELSFORD of Muskingum Co and his wife Hannah (CARLISLE). They left several descendants, but without a little more info, I cannot make the connection for you. Perhaps when the 1940 census is released, you may get lucky enough to find something.
