informaiton I have on the Bremner line from St Vigeans Fife
Alexander Bremenr abt 1774 m Mary Deare in 1794
children (there is some debate as to whether Alexander Bremners wife was a Isabella Rae - still looking into that, but all the info I have given below I have seen the birth marriage or death record myself)

John b 1794 18 july at Dickmount law, st vigeans
Mary b 1796 30 march at dickmount Law, st Vigeans died bef 1802
James b 1797 18 Nov at south torry, st vigeans
Alexander b 1800 28 June at south torry, st vigeans
Mary b 1802 9 Oct at South torry, st vigeans
Catharine b 1811 at south torry, st vigeans

John b 1794 m Isabell Fleming (b1800) Married 30 May 1825

James fleming bremner b 30 Sept 1864

James Fleming bremner b 1864 married 1 Mary Hillock Ferrier 2 Isabella Russell (babt 1832 d 1923) James fleming bremener became Chief constable of fife from around 1861 - 1903. He died 1903 at Sandilands, cupar Fife, this appears to have been the home of the family right up to death of Louis Rae.

Louis Rae Bremner b 1874 married mary stuart Martin (she was married previously and that married name was Douglas) 1 June 1933 st andrews, edinburgh
