I'm searching for connections to Emile Louis Brems, born 1856 in the vicinity of Paris, France. He was the son of Jean Brems and Elisabeth Gros, both of France. Emile came to the US (date unknown) and settled in Boston. In 1882 he married Catherine Doherty of New Brunswick, Canada. I believe he had a brother, Gabriel and a sister, Marie Rosalie. Emile was my great-grandfather. I don't believe they came to the US. Can anyone help?
