Kadidlo surname is very specific and rare in the Czech rep. It originates from east Bohemia region ( Policka, Litomysl area). I dont know when your ancestors came to the USA and on which level is the relation to my family branch in Litomysl area but I am sure that we must share 1 common Kadidlo ancestors- its just the question of time invested in archive research to prove this connection.
